For a competitive monthly fee we will maintain and monitor your IT systems, support your users via the UK- based helpdesk and assist you to improve your IT operations.

Ad hoc support

Depending on the nature of your business, it may not be necessary to procure an IT Support Package. However you may require ad hoc IT support in certain circumstances. Our pay-as-you-go option allows the flexibility of one-off resolutions. This can be anything relating to IT.

Priced at £37.50 + vat per 30 minutes (minimum of 30 minutes)

Internal monitoring systems

As part of the managed service provision, we monitor your IT and Web systems closely using our high-tech internal dashboard and alert system. Should an issue arise with any of the systems we manage and monitor on your behalf, we will be notified via our internal alert system. We proactively identify the issue and often fix it before it affects production. We will report any issues that arise and in the event it is a bigger fix, we will consult with you. Together we will agree an action plan to fix and manage the process from identification to resolution.
