This is our main service, which is primarily aimed at small to medium businesses. We will essentially take control of every aspect of your IT infrastructure on a contract basis. We will install, maintain, research, train and take care of your IT requirements - the only input you will be needed for is financial approval for any outlays and if there is a particular technology you would like to invest in. Our strong presence in the IT industry means not only do we provide you with the service, but we also supply hardware, internet provision and website/e-mail services directly ourselves at a highly competitive rate, which gives you one single point of contact for your entire IT portfolio.

Our contracts are based upon a set number of hours a month that you pay for - if there is a particularly bad month, you will simply get charged a preferential hourly rate for extra work. Any upgrades / new installations are performed outside of the contract and are pre-agreed with yourselves.
