We can come out to your home and investigate, diagnose and fix any problems with your computer, laptop, home network and more - a lot of the time without needing to take it away from you. There will be no bamboozling; we will give you straightforward advice and if you would like, some tuition on best practices and so on.

Although our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, we do offer an out of hours callout option, however this will be surcharged at £20 (subject to availability). We also offer a telephone and e-mail support contract option, which starts at just £5 a month, depending upon your needs.
